Software built around how your business actually works
We do not start from a blank page. We adapt platforms that already run in daily use, and build only what is different about your business. You see a written scope, price and timeline before any work starts.
Why it starts from a platform
Faster to start, lower risk, and you pay for what is different
You see a working system early
We begin with a platform that already works, so you can use something real in the first weeks instead of waiting for a first draft.
It carries less risk
The parts that are not unique to you, such as invoicing, M-Pesa, records and reports, are already built and tested. We spend your budget on what is different.
You pay for what is different
Configuration is part of setup. Custom modules, integrations and data migration are scoped and priced separately, in writing, before work starts.
It stays looked after
Platforms are maintained and improved over time, and a monthly plan keeps your copy updated, so you are not left with software nobody looks after.

How it works
How a custom project works
Nothing starts until you have the scope and price in writing.
-
Tell us what you need
A short call or visit: how your business runs today, what is not working, and when you need it.
-
We scope it in writing
We pick the nearest platform, list only what is different about you, and give you a price and a timeline before any work starts.
-
We build and set it up with you
We configure the platform, build the custom parts, load your records and train your staff.
-
You go live, and we stay
You start in your real business with support on WhatsApp. After go-live a monthly plan covers hosting, backups, support and updates.
What we need from you
To start, we need
- Someone who can decide, and who will be at the scoping call.
- A walk-through of how you work today: the forms, reports and spreadsheets you rely on.
- Your own accounts where they apply, such as your Paybill or till number, your SMS sender or your domain.
- A sample of the records to load, so we can see how tidy they are.
What we will tell you plainly
Good to know before you start
We would rather you hear this now than find out in week two.
- Some of our platforms do not do everything yet. The pages for each one list what it does not do, for example KRA eTIMS invoicing. We say this before you pay, and we tell you if another tool fits better.
- We do not promise that software meets a particular tax, licensing or regulatory requirement. Check those with the authority or your adviser.
- Anything that touches your Safaricom, bank or domain accounts stays in your name. We help with the technical setup.
- We scope each project before we price it. A very small budget may be better served by a ready-made product than a custom build.
Questions
Common questions
Do you build from scratch?
Sometimes, but most of the time we start from a platform that already works and adapt it. That is usually faster and lower risk, and it means you pay for what is different about you.
How long does a custom project take?
It depends on how much is different about your business. We agree the timeline in writing before any work starts.
How much does it cost?
We scope each project with you and put the price, timeline and terms in writing before anything starts. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Can I see it working before I decide?
Yes. We can show you the nearest platform, and for our ready platforms you can start with a pilot, with the terms written down first.
Who owns the software and my records?
Your records are yours, and we return them to you if you leave. Ownership of any custom work is written into the agreement before work starts, so there is no confusion later.
What happens after go-live?
You move to a monthly plan that covers hosting, backups, support and updates. The plan and its terms are written down before you go live.
