Information we collect

We may collect information you submit through forms (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message). We may also collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) for analytics and site improvement.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website: which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, your approximate location, how quickly pages load, and whether contact links are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends this usage data to Google, which processes it on our behalf. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of any form to Google Analytics.

The website also sets two small cookies of its own, a session cookie and a security (XSRF) cookie. They are strictly necessary: they keep forms working and protect against abuse. They expire within two hours and are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites.

To opt out, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The website works normally without them.

We also keep our own record of contact interactions, such as tapping a phone, WhatsApp, or email link or starting the enquiry form. This record includes the page, your IP address, and your browser type. It is used only to understand which pages lead to enquiries and to detect abuse, and it is deleted after 90 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. Our service providers, including Google (analytics) and our hosting and email providers, process data only to help us run this website.

Data retention

We retain inquiries and submissions for as long as necessary for business, security, and compliance purposes.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. To make a request, or to ask any question about this policy, email support@forefrontsolutions.co.ke . You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
