Alerts Daily digest Bid tracker

Get the tenders that fit your business in your inbox, and track every bid

Tender Watch checks public tender and auction notices, matches them to your keywords and counties, and alerts you. A bid tracker follows each tender from open to awarded.

Tender Watch is for you if

  • Tenderpreneurs who bid for public tenders for goods, ICT and services and sometimes miss a notice.
  • Small firms that cover a few counties and want only the tenders that fit them.
  • Businesses that also buy at public auctions and want to see disposals as they are announced.

What it fixes

Notices are scattered across many sites

Tender Watch checks the national tender portal every two hours and the other sources each day, so you do not have to visit each site.

Most notices are not for you

You choose keywords, words that rule a notice out, and counties. Matches are scored: strong ones trigger an email straight away and the rest arrive in one daily digest.

Bids live in notebooks and chat threads

Move a notice into the bid tracker with its deadline and value, and mark it open, submitted, awarded or lost. You can link a quotation to the bid.

What it does today

Keyword matching that is exact

Whole-word matching, so "LAN" does not match "landscaping" and "ICT" does not match "district".

Counties and categories

Match on the counties you cover, and on goods, works, consultancy, non-consultancy services or disposals.

Words that rule a notice out

Add words such as "road" or "borehole" so notices that never fit you stay out of your inbox.

Instant alerts for strong matches

An email as soon as a strong match appears, to as many addresses as you list.

A daily digest

One email each morning with the other matches, so nothing is lost and your inbox stays calm.

Public auctions and disposals

Notices of vehicles, equipment and other items being sold, with their own keywords and a separate section in the digest.

A tender inbox

Review matches on a web page, dismiss the ones that do not fit, and promote the ones you will bid for.

A bid tracker

Number, client, deadline, award date, estimated value and status for each bid, with a quotation linked to it.

Set up with you

We enter your profile and tune it with you over the first weeks, so the matches improve.

Good to know before you start

We would rather you hear this now than find out in week two.

  • It reads public notices, so it can only find what is published on the sources it covers: the national tender portal, the Government Advertising Agency, and selected agency pages and customs auctions. The eGP portal is not covered yet, and some agency sites cannot always be reached.
  • Matching is by keywords, so it can miss a tender that uses different words and can show some that do not fit. We tune it with you.
  • It does not write your bid, price it or submit it on a portal.
  • Closing dates are as published. Some auction notices do not state a sale date, and Tender Watch shows them as "date not stated".
  • Always check a notice on its original source before you rely on it.

How it starts

Nothing starts until you have the terms in writing.

  1. Tell us what you bid for

A short chat: what you supply, the counties you cover, and the words that mean a tender is for you.

  2. We set up your watch

We enter your keywords, counties and words to rule out, and set where alerts are sent.

  3. Try it for an agreed period

You receive matches and the daily digest, and we adjust the keywords with you. The price and terms are written down before we start.

  4. You decide

At the end we review what it found. You continue on an agreed monthly plan or stop.

Common questions

Which sources does it cover?

The national public tender portal, the Government Advertising Agency tender table, selected agency notice pages for auctions and disposals, and customs online auction rounds. The eGP portal is not covered yet.

Can I get alerts for only my counties?

Yes. You choose the counties, and national tenders can still match on your keywords.

Does it cover auctions?

Yes. It also lists public auctions and disposals, with their own keywords, so you can see vehicles, equipment and other items being sold.

Do I need to install anything?

No. We set up your profile. You receive alerts by email and review matches on a web page.

Will I get a flood of emails?

No. Only strong matches trigger an immediate email. Everything else is in one daily digest, and you can tighten the keywords at any time.

How much does it cost?

We quote per watch profile and put the price and the terms in writing before anything starts. Ask us on WhatsApp.

Tell us about your business and we reply within 24 hours to arrange a walkthrough and agree the pilot terms in writing.
