The goal
Small kiosks and shops lose money quietly — through untracked stock, cash that does not match sales, and M-Pesa payments nobody reconciles — and owners often see it too late.
What we delivered
Kingpin POS runs on the phones attendants already carry. Staff ring up sales, log deliveries, expenses and wastage, and hand over between shifts. At the end of the day, stock, cash and M-Pesa are checked against what the records say should be there, so any shortage is visible the same evening — by shift and by product. Owners get a dashboard, daily summaries and alerts, and staff guides are built in, in English and Kiswahili.
Outcome
Owners see sales, stock and cash differences as they happen instead of discovering losses at month-end, and attendants get a simple phone-first workflow with guidance built into the app.
