The goal
Facilities juggling separate tools for registration, clinical records, pharmacy, laboratory and billing end up re-keying the same information for SHA claims and national reporting.
What we delivered
Kingpin HMIS is our own hospital management system for accredited Kenyan facilities. Front-desk teams handle registration, check-in and queues; clinicians work across outpatient, inpatient, theatre, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology; finance teams manage billing, eligibility and SHA claims. Every department works from the same patient record, and reporting for national requirements is built in.
Outcome
One connected system from check-in to claims and national reporting. Data is entered once and reused for billing and reports, instead of being re-typed between disconnected tools.
